LMP Leader Mentoring Program

LMP is an intensive mentoring program for leaders from the corporate, government, NGO or NPO sectors. As an individually tailored program, the LMP can last up to five years. It is necessary LMP candidates apply for membership with ILA, to engage the candidate process and support the ethos and policies of ILA.

PDP Personal Development Program

PDP is a private sector coaching and mentoring service. It is an individually tailored program designed to meet personal needs and goals.

ILA coaches are supportive and appropriately qualified professionals empowering trainees to maximise their potential. The duration, content and goals are individually decided and no formal commitment or membership is required for this program.

SDP Spiritual Leader Development Program

This program seeks to integrate spiritual concepts that are fundamental to principle-based leading with integrity. Combined with the LMP or PDP, this program promotes individual competence and fulfillment while being a catalyst for organisational productivity.
